This product contains insoluble and soluble fiber, both derived from whole psyllium husks.
Only use as directed on the bottle. As a dietary fiber supplement, mix two rounded teaspoons of Whole Psyllium Husk with at least 8 ounces (a full glass) of water or other fluid. Drink immediately. Can be taken one time per day. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
