To maintain magnesium levels when the dietary intake of magnesium is inadequate or when excretion or loss is excessive. Each tsp. (5 mL) contains the same amount of elemental magnesium as contained in 1000 mg of magnesium gluconate dihydrate. Magnesium deficiency may cause: migraines, muscle cramps, muscle weakness, fatigue, nausea. In ready to use liquid form for faster absorption. People with kidney disease should not take magnesium supplements without the supervision of a physician.
1 tsp (5 mL) up to three times a day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store at 25 degrees C (77 degrees F). Excursions permitted to 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F).
