This colon cleanse is both an herbal and a fiber cleansing blend. This product is designed to be taken as an optimal healthy cleanser. Colon cleanse supports normal digestion and bowel movements in order to keep food and toxins moving through your body's system.
You may take one capsule 2-3 times per day, with or without a meal, or as recommended by your trusted healthcare provider. Note that taking more than 6 capsules a day is not encouraged.
