Sundown Naturals Melatonin is an ideal supplement for people experiencing occasional sleeplessness, those with jet lag, or anyone seeking to improve their quality of rest, and is vegetarian-friendly.
For Adults, take one (1) tablet at bedtime as a melatonin may produce drowsiness. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
