Healthwarehouse has no relationships with any practitioner to provide medical evaluations or prescriptions for controlled substances through referrals from any entity, owner or operator of any website, or any employee or agent thereof.

With HealthWarehouse being licensed and/or authorized to sell prescriptions in all 50 states and the District of Columbia, the pharmacy sometimes encounters situations in which the state we dispense prescriptions from (Kentucky) has pharmacy laws that differ from the state that you, our patient, live in. In these situations, proper and legal pharmacy practice is to follow the more strict pharmacy laws of the two states. Some examples of such laws HealthWarehouse will follow when filling prescriptions based on this practice include, but are not limited to:

• Naturopathic Doctors (ND's) do not have prescriptive authority and thus cannot prescribe any prescription medications.
• Physician Assistants (PA's) have limited prescriptive authority when writing for some controlled substances.
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRN's) have limited prescriptive authority when writing for some controlled substances.

Healthwarehouse, as an online pharmacy is obligated to comply fully with the Controlled Substances Act and DEA regulations. In addition, this mail-order retail pharmacy will only dispense a controlled substance to a person who has a valid prescription issued for a legitimate medical purpose based upon a medical relationship with a prescribing practitioner. This includes at least one prior in-person medical evaluation in accordance with section 309 of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 829) or medical evaluation via telemedicine in accordance with applicable requirements of the Controlled Substance Act (21 U.S.C 802(54)).”
