Iron is an essential part of hemoglobin, the oxygen carrying molecule in red blood cells. It is also found in enzymes necessary for respiration and as part of the Krebs cytochrome energy cycle.*

Adults and children 12 years and over:
Take 1 TABLET daily with water, as a dietary supplement or as directed by a doctor. Take with food if stomach upset occurs

The treatment of any anemic condition should be under the advice and supervision of a doctor. Since oral Iron products interfere with the absorption of certain antibiotics, these products should not be taken within 2 hours of each other. Occasional gastrointestinal discomfort (such as nausea) may be minimized by taking this product with meals. Iron containing products may occasionally cause constipation or diarrhea.
Do not use if blister seal is cut, torn, or broken.
Keep out of reach of children.
If pregnant or breast-feeding ask a doctor before use.
Accidental overdose of Iron containing products is the leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of reach of children. In case of overdose, contact the Poison Control Center or seek medical help right away.
