Directions:

Open pouch and remove patch. Peel off protective film. Apply patch to forehead or neck. Keep pouch tightly closed to avoid exposing remaining patches to air. Discard patch after each application. Cools without refrigeration. Store unused patches in pouch at room temperature. For extra cooling, product can be refrigerated before use. Do not freeze. For best results: Apply as soon as you feel discomfort, allowing the cooling sensation to begin its soothing effect. Use as often as needed.
