In Illinois a pharmacist must see a Photo ID to sell a patient syringes, due to this a prescription is required for all syringe purchases. All prescriptions must either be mailed to us at 7107 Industiral Rd. Florence, KY 41042 or called in by a doctor to 1-800-748-7001. We cannot accept faxed prescriptions.

Instructions for Use:
1) Check the flow of insulin through the needle prior to every injection.
2)Attach a new needle prior to each injection. Needles are intended for single use only. Remove and destroy used needles after every injection.
3)If Insulin continues to drip from the needle after injection, hold the needle in the skin longer when injecting, ensuring delivery of complete dose
