Ingredients:

Estroven Nighttime Blend: Black Cohosh Root (Cimicifuga Racemosa), Soy Isoflavones, Melatonin (2 mg). Other Ingredients: Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Coating (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Talc, Titanium Dioxide [Color], Medium Chain Triglycerides (Safflower Oil), Inulin, and Vegetable Juice [Color]), Croscarmellose Sodium, Silica, and Magnesium Stearate.

Directions:
