PancrePlus Powder is a pancreatic enzyme concentrate of porcine origin fortified with vitamins A, D and E. It is used as a digestive aid in replacement therapy where digestion of protein, carbohydrate and fat is inadequate due to exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. For use in dogs and cats.

DESCRIPTION:PancrePlus is a pancreatic enzyme concentrate of porcine origin fortified with vitamins A, D3 and E. It is indicated for use as a digestive aid in replacement therapy where digestion of protein, carbohydrate and fat is inadequate due to exocrine pancreatic insufficiency.
USES:It is indicated for use as a digestive aid in replacement therapy where digestion of protein, carbohydrate and fat is inadequate due to exocrine pancreatic insufficiency in dogs and cats.
DOSAGE: Dose is administered before each meal. Estimate dose according to the severity of the condition and weight of the animal. PancrePlus is added to moistened food (canned or dry). Thorough mixing is necessary to bring the enzymes into close contact with the food particles. After mixing, let stand at room temperature for 15-20 minutes. Average dose/meal: Dogs: 3/4 to 1 teaspoon (2.8 g/teaspoon) Cats: 1/4 to 3/4 teaspoon
ADMINISTRATION:Give this medication exactly as directed by your veterinarian.
PRECAUTIONS: For use in animals only. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use in animals with symptoms of sensitivity. May cause oral mucosal irritation.
ADVERSE REACTIONS:Please contact your veterinarian if your pet experiences drowsiness, increased hunger, thirst, urination, vomiting, constipation, anorexia, uncoordinated movements, nausea or personality changes, including attention, seeking, irritability or aggression, and aimless pacing. Pancreatitis has been reported to be more frequent in pets on concurrent phenobarbital and bromide therapy than pets on phenobarbital alone.
