Directions

Insert nozzle into one nostril. Spray 1 to 2 times while breathing in gently. Repeat for the other nostril. Wipe nozzle and recap after use.

Grade Purified Water, Sodium Chloride (9 Mg/ml) & Sodium Bicarbonate (0.5 Mg To 1 Mg/ml) (Purity Level 99% Or Higher).
