Vitamin C is an important nutrient to support our immune and bone health. This timed-release formula delivers Vitamin C slowly throughout your body for all-day-long support. This Vitamin C is made up of natural water-soluble vitamin Ascorbic Acid.
Take one 1500mg tablet per day, preferably with or after a meal, or as instructed by your trusted healthcare provider. Note that water-soluble vitamins like Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) are absorbed best on an empty stomach but may also cause stomach upset on sensitive individuals.
