St. John's Wort promotes a positive mood and a healthy emotional balance.* Each serving of St. John's Wort contains 300 mg of St. John's Wort extract standardized to contain 0.3% of its active ingredient, Hypericin. The standard dosage is 900 mg (3 servings daily).
For adults, take one (1) capsule three times daily. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea.
St. John's Wort Extract, Gelatin, Dicalcium Phosphate, Contains Less than 2% of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
Not intended for use by pregnant or nursing women. If you are taking any medications or have any medical condition, consult your doctor before use. Avoid excessive exposure to sun and other sources of ultraviolet light when using this product. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur. Not intended for use by persons under the age of 18. Keep out of reach of children. Store at room temperature. Do not use if seal under cap is broken or missing.
