St. John's Wort promotes a positive mood and a healthy emotional balance.* Each serving of St. John's Wort contains 300 mg of St. John's Wort extract standardized to contain 0.3% of its active ingredient, Hypericin. The standard dosage is 900 mg (3 servings daily).

Directions

For adults, take one (1) capsule three times daily. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea.
