Nature's Bounty Red Yeast Rice is a fermented product made from white rice on which a strain of Red Yeast called Monascus purpureus has been grown. It has been historically used in China as a coloring agent for foods and medicines. Clinical studies have demonstrated its diverse therapeutic applications on the body.
Directions
For adults, take two (2) capsules once or twice daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed four (4) capsules in a 24-hour period. It is recommended that you also take a Coenzyme q-10 supplement when using this product.
