The Nature's Bounty Milk Thistle Capsules contain silymarin, which helps support healthy liver function.* In addition, Milk Thistle possesses antioxidant properties that may help fight cell-damaging free radicals in the body.* Free radicals can contribute to oxidative stress, which in turn may contribute to the premature aging of cells.

Directions

For adults, take one (1) capsule three times daily, preferably with meals. Capsules may be opened and prepared as a tea.

Milk Thistle Seed Extract, Rice Flour, Dicalcium Phosphate, Gelatin. Contains <2% of: Silica, Vegetable Magnesium Stearate.
