Directions
Easy to apply: 1. Place lumbar pad on center of fabric inside of brace. 2. Release outer elastic straps from main elastic band. 3. Wrap main elastic band around back and fasten in front. 4. Fasten outer left elastic strap around waist to main elastic band.
