Directions
Adults 12 years & older: 2 wafers with 8 oz of your favorite hot or cold beverage at the first sign of irregularity. Can take up to 3 doses daily if needed or as recommended by a doctor. Generally produces effect in 12-72 hours. Children 6 to under 12 years: 1 wafer (1/2 of adult dosage) with 8 oz of their favorite beverage, up to 3 doses daily. Children under 6 years: Consult a doctor. Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 oz (A full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.

In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. Consult a physician if rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement occurs after use of any laxative product. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than one week unless directed by a physician. If constipation persists longer than a week, consult a doctor as it may be a sign of a serious medical condition.
