Major Oyster Shell Calcium 500 mg is a daily calcium supplement. Adequate calcium throughout life, as part of a well-balanced diet, may reduce the risk of osteoporosis.
Directions
Adults, take one (1) tablet daily, preferably with a meal. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with you health care providers. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid) 250mg; Inactive Ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, polyvinylpyrrolidone, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, ethylcellulose, triacetin, acetylated monoglycerides, oleic acid, polyethylene glycol and talc.
