Directions

As a dietary supplement for adults and children 14+, chew 1 to 4 tablets and repeat as necessary up to 3 times per day, no more than 12 tablets per day. Children 12-13 years old, chew 1-4 tablets and repeat as necessary up to 2 times per day, no more than 8 tablets per day or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary. Store at room temperature.
