Fleet Glycerin Suppositories are formulated with aloe and are a convenient alternative for those who prefer not to use a liquid enema. Fleet Glycerin Suppositories work by attracting water into the stool, making it easier and more comfortable to promote a bowel movement. To produce laxative action, the suppository is designed to partially dissolve, which may or may not be noticeable.

Directions

Insert suppository well up into rectum. Suppository need not melt completely to produce laxative action. This product generally produces bowel movement in 1/4 to 1 hour. Store container tightly closed. Keep away from excessive heat. Mouth of jar sealed for safety. If foil imprinted with green Fleet emblem is broken or missing, do not use.

Active Ingredients: Glycerin - 2 g (Hyperosmotic Laxative); Inactive Ingredients: Aloe Vera Leaf, Edetate Disodium, Purified Water, Sodium Hydroxide, Stearic Acid

WARNINGS

For rectal use only. May cause rectal discomfort or a burning sensation. Ask a doctor before using any laxative if you have: abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting, a sudden change in bowel habits lasting more than 2 weeks, already used a laxative for more than 1 week. Stop use and consult a doctor if you have rectal bleeding, or no bowel movement after using product. These symptoms may indicate a serious condition. Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away. For relief of occasional constipation.
