When to Use: The Futuro Therapeutic Arch Support helps provide relief from foot, heel or arch pain associated with plantar fasciitis. The arch straps, which contour to the arch of the feet, include two flexible inserts to allow for customized levels of support. Wear all day or as needed - with or without socks and/or shoes. Straps should be worn with inserts on both feet, to ensure proper body alignment. It's recommended to wear the straps for 4 hours the first day and gradually increase 1-2 hours per day thereafter. After 1 week, if you feel you need more support, switch to the dark blue insert and follow the gradual wear time again.
