Description

Geri-Care Docusate Sodium prevents or relieves dry hard stool, usually within 1 to 3 days after the first dose.

Directions

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 1 to 2 SOFTGELS daily until first bowel movement; 1 softgel daily thereafter, or as directed by a doctor; do not exceed recommended dose. Children under 12 years: ask a doctor.

Docusate Sodium, FD&C red #40, FD&C yellow #6 (sunset yellow), gelatin, glycerin, PEG, sorbitol special, purified water

WARNINGS

Keep out of reach of children. Do not use: when abdominal pain, nausea, or vomiting are present; for more than one week unless directed by a doctor. Ask a doctor before use if you: are taking mineral oil; have noticed a sudden change in bowel habits that last over 2 weeks. Stop use and ask a doctor if: you have no bowel movement within 3 days; you have rectal bleeding.
