Description
Absorbs up to 20 times its own weight in wound exudate yet it maintains its integrity even when totally saturated. Insures trauma-free, painless removal because the alginate fiber gel matrix holds the dressing together thereby allowing removal in one cohesive mass. Ion-active gel creates an optimal environment at the wound surface for moist wound healing.
Directions
Simply cut to size and place on the wound or curl the rope wound packing into the wound. Can be held in place easily with either cotton gauze or other appropriate secondary dressings.
