See complete directions for use inside. For nosebleeds: Twist or fold the packing for easy insertion. Insert the packing all the way into the nasal cavity and leave for 30 minutes. For cuts: Apply pressure with fingers to the covered wound for one minute or until bleeding stops. When bleeding stops, remove packing, cover with band-aid or cover packing directly with band-aid.
