Each tablet contains 200 mg Dried Ferrous Sulfate (65 mg elemental iron) equivalent to 325 mg Ferrous Sulfate Heptahydrate. Iron supports metabolism, growth, development, and normal cellular functioning.

Directions

As a mineral supplement, adults take one (1) tablet daily with any meal or as directed by a healthcare provider. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Individual results may vary.
