For use as a dietary supplement prior to conception, during pregnancy and during the postnatal period for both the nursing and non-nursing mother.
For adults, one (1) tablet daily, preferably with food. Ask your health care provider before taking any supplements or medications.
Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, Vitamin B-1, Vitamin B-2, Niacin, Vitamin B-6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B-12, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid, croscarmellose sodium, hypromellose. Contains less than 2% of polydextrose, gelatin, titanium dioxide, acacia, maltodextrin, talc, starch, magnesium stearate, dicalcium phosphate, sucrose, triglycerides, triacetin, mineral oil, silica, sodium ascorbate, FD&C red #40 lake, BHT, FD&C yellow #6, tocopherols, sodium benzoate, sorbic acid, tricalcium phosphate and ascorbyl palmitate.
Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under six. Keep this product out of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or Poison Control Center immediately.
