These Vitamin C Complex tablets contain water-soluble vitamin Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C). The timed-release formula enables the slow and steady release of nutrients for round-the-clock support. This product also contains Rose Hip berry, citrus peels, and Rutin from Japonica flower buds. Made without sugar, gluten, starch, preservatives, and artificial colors or flavors.
Take one 500mg tablet per day, preferably with or after a meal, or as instructed by your trusted healthcare provider. Note that water-soluble vitamins like Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid) are absorbed best on an empty stomach but may also cause stomach upset on sensitive individuals.
Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Rose Hips (Berry), Citrus Bioflavonoids Complex (Peel), Rutin (Bud). Other ingredients: Stearic Acid, Calcium Phosphate, Modified Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Triacetin, Polydextrose, Maltodextrin.
