Directions
Adults 12 years & older: 2 wafers with 8 oz of your favorite hot or cold beverage at the first sign of irregularity. Can take up to 3 doses daily if needed or as recommended by a doctor. Generally produces effect in 12-72 hours. Children 6 to under 12 years: 1 wafer (1/2 of adult dosage) with 8 oz of their favorite beverage, up to 3 doses daily. Children under 6 years: Consult a doctor. Take this product (child or adult dose) with at least 8 oz (A full glass) of water or other fluid. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.

Warning
May cause allergic reaction in people sensitive to inhaled or ingested psyllium. Keep out of the reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, seek professional assistance or contact a poison control center immediately. Do not use laxative products when abdominal pain, nausea or vomiting are present. Consult a physician if rectal bleeding or failure to have a bowel movement occurs after use of any laxative product. Laxative products should not be used for a period longer than one week unless directed by a physician. If constipation persists longer than a week, consult a doctor as it may be a sign of a serious medical condition. TAKING THIS PRODUCT WITHOUT ADEQUATE FLUID MAY CAUSE IT TO SWELL AND BLOCK YOUR THROAT OR ESOPHAGUS AND MAY CAUSE CHOKING. DO NOT TAKE THIS PRODUCT IF YOU HAVE DIFFICULTY IN SWALLOWING.
