The surface is usually intact. Fluid seeps into the space, causing the top of the blister to pop out from the skin surface. Directions

Bathe feet and dry thoroughly. Cut product to desired size and shape with scissors, then remove backing and apply to affected area. Do not place directly over blister or broken skin. For blisters or broken skin, cut a piece to fit surrounding area.
