Melatonin is a hormone that helps maintain the body's circadian rhythm and promotes optimal rest and relaxation. It encourages a calm mood and assists in improving the quality of rest. Nature's Truth Melatonin 12 mg comes in gluten free, fast dissolving tabs for optimal absorption. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
For adults, take one (1) fast dissolve tablet 30 minutes before bedtime as Melatonin may produce drowsiness. To assess tolerance, start with 1/2 tablet. Do not exceed recommended dose of 1 tablet per day. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
