Biotin is part of the B-complex vitamins. It supports the normal metabolism of carbohydrates, proteins and fats. Biotin also helps to support skin and hair health. No added sugar, yeast, preservatives, artificial flavors or colors. This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
