Adults, take 1 tablet daily with water and a meal.
Vitamin B12 (as Cyanocobalamin) 500 mcg 20,833% Daily Value, Calcium 80 mg (as Calcium Carbonate and Dibasic Calcium Phosphate) 6% Daily Value, cellulose gel, maltodextrin, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate.
Keep out of reach of children. Store tightly in a cool, dry place. Do not use if imprinted seal under cap is broken or missing.
