High-quality coated caplets deliver 500 mg of Vitamin C, plus natural Rose Hips and a Bioflavonoid Complex. Vitamin C is one of the best antioxidants for fighting free radicals. Vitamin C also promotes immune health, iron absorption, and the health of joints. Since it is involved in collagen formation, Vitamin C is important for healthy nails, skin and hair.
For adults, take one (1) tablet one to two times daily, preferably with meals. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.
