Pure enough to swallow or to apply directly to your skin, our Vitamin-E Oil provides antioxidant support and is needed for healthly skin. When applied to the skin, Vitamin E can help maintain your skins natural moisture, which contributes to a radiant, youthful-looking complexion.
For adults, take five (5) drops (0.25 mL) daily, preferably with a meal. May be taken orally or put in water, juice or food. As a moisturizer, apply directly to your skin.
