Nature's Blend Evening Primrose Oil delivers gamma linolenic acid, otherwise known as GLA, a natural source of omega-6 essential fatty acids. Evening Primrose Oil is valued for its ability to comfort women during monthly cycles and reduce symptoms of PMS. Each Nature's Blend softgel delivers 500 mg evening primrose oil. Preservative and gluten free. No sugar, starch, salt, artificial colors, artificial flavors, wheat, yeast or corn added.
As a dietary supplement, take one to two softgels daily, preferably with a meal.
