Theraworx Relief Fast Acting Spray for Leg Cramps, Foot Cramps and Muscle Soreness, 7.1 Oz; Prevents muscle cramps. Releases muscle tightness. Reduces muscle soreness. This product is intended for children and adults from ages 2 years and older.
Shake well. Apply 6-8 pumps onto entire muscle group(s) or area. Briskly rub in until absorbed. Use as needed. Allow to air dry. Front: Thigh: apply from your hip to your knee. Foot: apply from your ankle to your toes. Back: Lower back: Apply from your tail bone to the center of your back. Hamstring: Apply from your lower buttocks to the back of your knee. Calf: Apply from the back of your knee to your ankle.
Active Ingredients: Magnesium Sulfate (Magnesia Sulphurica) 6X: 0.05% HPUS.
