    Dietary Supplement. Niacin is a B vitamin that is part of a coenzyme needed for energy metabolism.* Niacin helps maintain healthy functions of the nervous system, digestive system and skin.* Guaranteed free of: yeast, wheat, milk or milk derivatives, lactose, sugar, preservatives, artificial color, artificial flavor, sodium (less than 5 mg per serving).

    Directions


    For adults, take one (1) capsule daily, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed one capsule per day. As a reminder, discuss the supplements and medications you take with your health care providers.

    Warnings


    Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Consult doctor before use if you have, or have had, diabetes, gout, heart, liver or kidney problems; jaundice, ulcer, gastritis, or if you are taking ANY MEDICATIONS OR REMEDIES, especially lipid-lowering drugs. Discontinue use and consult your doctor if any adverse reactions occur, such as flushing, rash, dizziness, headache, fast or irregular heartbeat, changes in blood glucose, yellowing of the skin or eyes or liver problems. NOT INTENDED FOR USE BY PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 18. FOLLOW LABEL DIRECTIONS. Do not take more than 500 mg of niacin or 250 mg of time release niacin per day, except under the supervision of a doctor. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. *This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

    Active Ingredients Per Capsule: Niacin (as Inositol Hexanicotinate) 400 mg; Inositol (as Inositol Hexanicotinate) 100 mg. Inactive Ingredients: Gelatin; Vegetable Magnesium Stearate; Silica.
