Windmill Natural Vitamin A formula provides you with 10,000 IU of Vitamin A from pure fish liver oil per softgel. Vitamin A, also called retinol, helps your eyes adjust to light changes when you come in from outside and also helps keep your eyes, skin and mucous membranes moist. Vitamin A also has antioxidant properties that neutralize free radicals in the body.
Take 1 softgel daily as a dietary supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional.
