When to douche:

- After menstrual periods

- After using contraceptive jellies & creams (check contraceptive package first)

- To clear out vaginal secretions

Directions for use:

- Remove the sanitary overwrap.

- Hold cap of bottle with one hand, grasp Comfortip® nozzle firmly with the other hand, and pull nozzle straight up until it clicks in place (douche is not ready for use until you hear this click).

- Gently insert nozzle into your vagina, no more than 3 inches, and slowly squeeze bottle.

Warnings!

Do not douche:

- To prevent pregnancy

- If you have symptoms of pelvic inflammatory disease (PID) or a sexually transmitted disease (STD)

- To self-treat or prevent an STD or PID

- After exposure to an STD

- More than twice weekly or during pregnancy
