White Petrolatum 88%....................Eye lubricant

Mineral Oil 12%................................Eye lubricant

Contains no preservatives or lanolin.

Uses

For use as a lubricant to prevent further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye.

Directions

Instill 1 to 2 DROPS in the affected eye(s) as needed.

Warnings

Do not use if bottom ridge of tube is exposed.

To avoid contamination, do not touch tip of container to any surface.

Replace cap after using.

Stop use and ask a doctor if you experience eye pain, changes in vision, continued redness or irritation of the eye, or if condition worsens or persists for more than 72 hours.

Do not use if product changes color or becomes cloudy.

Warnings

Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.

For use in the eyes only.

Other Information

Store at room temperature 15°-25°C (59°-77°F).

Keep container tightly closed.

Inactive Ingredients

Sodium Chloride, Potassium Chloride, Edetate Disodium, Hydrochloric Acid and/or Sodium Hydroxide (to adjust pH), Purified Water USP.
