    1.    What does this Privacy Policy cover?

    This Privacy Policy describes how HealthWarehouse.com collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information and your choices regarding use, access, and correction of your personal information.     From your medical professionals. We receive prescription information from your doctor via an online prescription platform, fax or phone when they submit a prescription. Healthwarehouse.com does not fulfill a customer order for a medical prescription until we receive the prescription from the patient's healthcare provider.

    From online data collection.We automatically receive information when you visit our website or otherwise interact with our Services online, even if you have not created an account. For example, when you view or interact with HealthWarehouse.com or sign into our Services, we may automatically receive information about you, including:

    • Your IP addresses
    • Your approximate location (typically derived from your IP address)
    • Your browser and/or device type
    • Your operating system
    • Your language settings
    • The referring web page (including parameters contained therein)
    • Your mobile carrier

    HealthWarehouse.com will not use your medical prescription information for marketing purposes. We may use information collected from your orders for over-the-counter medications, health and pharmaceutical supplies, pet prescriptions, and pet supplies for our marketing purposes.

    4.    Why and how do we share your information with third parties?

    We do not sell your information in personally identifiable form to anyone. We also do not allow third parties that collect cookie and other internet usage data when you visit our website to use that data for targeted behavioral marketing purposes without your consent.

    5.   How we use and how you can restrict local storage, cookies, and other internet technologies

    HealthWarehouse.com uses common browser local storage technology to manage your identity, store your preferences, track how you interact with the Services, and make your experience more consistent.     HealthWarehouse.com uses social media features, such as Facebook, that run on the Site. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by the social media platform or hosted directly on HealthWarehouse.com.
