Method #1 - For general training and fitness:
Take 5 Muscle Mass tablets with your pre exercise meal and 5 additional Muscle Mass tablets with your post exercise meal. Creates a favorable nitrogen and hormonal enviornment for growth and recovery.
Method #2 - Best for pre-contest: lean muscle mass gains with concurrent fat loss:
Take 15 - 20 Muscle Mass tablets (preferably on an empty stomach) first thing in the morning or prior to training. Method #3 - Good for increasing lean muscle mass:
Take 3-5 Muscle Mass tablets every 10 - 15 minutes throughout your training session.
