Density is indicated for muscle building by advanced bodybuilders. One serving supplies all of the essential amino acids required for muscle protein synthesis. Density is a laboratory-tested, pharmaceutical-grade formula and requires no digestion. Its amino acids are immediately absorbed and capable of stimulating protein synthesis and reducing protein breakdown following ingestion.

Density may be taken with meals to ensure that all amino acids are present in sufficient quantities or in between meals in order to prevent tissue amino acid levels from falling too low. For optimum results take Density pre- and post-training.

For general training and fitness:

Take at least 2, and up to 5 Density tablets first thing in the morning. Take 3-5 Density tablets immediately after training.

For pre-contest dieting or to achieve peak conditioning:

Take 2-3 times daily on non workout days and an additional serving (post training) on workout days. You can adjust the serving size from 2-5 tablets based on your bodyweight and experience level.
