A recent study (Wallace et al. 1997) investigated the effect of supplemental creatine alone versus creatine plus phosphate (as found in Creatine Select) on muscle power. Male and female subjects were given either 5g creatine four times per day or 5g creatine plus 1g phosphate for five days. The combination of creatine plus phosphate resulted in significantly higher muscle power output than from creatine alone.*
Dr. Eckerson and colleagues (2001) at Creighton University examined the effects of creatine versus creatine plus phosphate on anaerobic working capacity. The placebo and creatine only groups increased by 3.0% and 16.0% respectively. The creatine plus phosphates group increased by an incredible 49% - a three-fold increase over creatine alone.**

Directions
As a dietary supplement mix 1 slightly rounded scoop in 4-6 oz. water.
For best results:
Loading Phase:
Take 1 scoop of Creatine Select 4-5 times daily for 5 days.
Maintenance Phase:
Take 1-2 scoops daily before and/or after training. Take one daily mid afternoon on non-training days.
