Lalit Dhadphale co-founded HealthWarehouse.com in August 2007 and launched the company's prescription drug business in 2008. He has been President and CEO of the company since its inception and has served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since May 2009.

Based in Florence, Kentucky 15 miles south of Cincinnati, Ohio, the company has grown from start-up to publicly traded (OTC: HEWA), servicing nearly 200,000 customers and filling more than 70,000 prescriptions in the first 6 months of 2011.  Revenues have grown from $67,000 in 2007 to $10+ million in annualized sales for 2011.

The company is licensed to sell prescription medications in all 50 states & the District of Columbia and is 1 of only 29 VIPPS (Verified Internet Pharmacy Practice Sites) accredited pharmacies in the US.  HealthWarehouse.com is also a 2009, 2010 & 2011 winner of the Bizrate Circle of Excellence Award, putting it in the top 1.7% of 5,000+ companies for customer service and satisfaction.

Earlier in his career, Lalit co-founded Zengine, Inc. serving as Vice President of Product Development, Chief International Officer and later as Chief Operating Officer of Zengine, Inc. from founding in 1999 through its sale in 2002. Under his day-to-day leadership, Zengine grew from start-up to $30+ million in annualized sales, achieving profitability in its second quarter as a public company in the first quarter of 2001.

Prior to co-founding Zengine, Mr. Dhadphale was a co-founder of Excite Japan, where he was involved with product development, internationalization and localization of web sites and Internet products. He produced the launch of both Excite Japan and Netscape Netcenter Japan. Prior thereto, Mr. Dhadphale was International Business Development Manager for CNET, securing relationships throughout Asia and the Pacific Rim.

Mr. Dhadphale received his BA degree from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor in Japanese Language & Literature and Asian Studies.

Patrick became Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary on since May 14, 2009, and served as the Chief Financial Officer of Clacendix from September 2003 to the merger date.  Prior to joining HealthWarehouse, from 2000 until 2003, Mr. Delaney was the President of Taracon, Inc. a privately owned independent consulting firm that provides management consulting for early and mid-stage technology and financial services companies.

Mr. Delaney also served as Chief Financial Officer for two publicly traded telecommunications providers, Pointe Communications Corporation from 1993 to 2000 and Advanced Telecommunications Corporation from 1986 to 1993. Mr. Delaney has served other companies in executive capacities including RealCom Communications, Argo Communications and ACF Industries.

Ron Ferguson, R.Ph. is the first pharmacist for HealthWarehouse and has been involved with all activities related to the start up and operation of the pharmacy department.  The pharmacy first became licensed in April of 2008.  After initially obtaining 20 state licenses, the first prescription was dispensed in November, 2008.  Ron has started (with partners) and owned nine different pharmacy locations in the last 23 years, five in the retail pharmacy setting and four in the home intravenous field.

The four home care pharmacies were Option Care franchises that were purchased by Option Care, Inc., two in 1996 and two in 2005.  Option Care, Inc. later sold to Walgreens, Inc. in July of 2007.   Ron started a Medicare certified Home Health Agency called Option Home Health that was also purchased by Option Care, Inc. in 1996.  Ron also started a home medical equipment company with three other partners in 1999, Wrencare, which now has 12 locations in 3 states.  Wrencare has developed franchise operations with agreements for 5 franchise locations in 2 of the 3 states.

Ron has worked with his brother, Kip, as a partner in all of these ventures and Kip is the Chief Pharmacist now at Healthwarehouse.  Ron serves on the school board for Mars Hill Academy in Cincinnati, OH and on the board of The Shepherds Crook, an adoption assistance service in Cincinnati, OH.  Ron is married to Diane (R.Ph.) with five boys ages 7-17.  Ron received his Bachelors of Pharmacy Science degree from the University of Cincinnati.
