Package contains 100 single use sterile lancets, 30 gauge.


Instructions For Use

1. Wash hands with soap and water or wipe fingertip with an alcohol prep pad. Dry thoroughly.

2. Select fingertip site, slightly off-center.

3. Remove lancet cover

4. Insert lancet into lancing device; use to puncture skin.

5. Apply drop of blood to test strip, and wipe excess from finger.

6. Recap lancet, and discard in appropriate container.
