I'm new to diabetes but found this meter to be easy to use and small enough to handle on different parts of the body. I really liked it but unfortunately my insurance company doesn't want to pay for it so right now I'm ordering my supplies and paying for them. That's how much I like this product. (Posted on 8/24/09)
2.Great Little meter but strips and cable cost more than the meter! | Review by DB101
The FreeStyle Lite is a great little meter with a handy cary case. I have found that the strips for it are some of the most expensive around for any meter. I have also been looking for a decent price, (less than $32.00), for the new USB cable, (Until recently they only had a 9 pin serial cable), so that I can down load the data from the meter to my PC.
