Customer Support Representative #1 - Florence, KY

We're looking for experienced customer support representatives with at least 1 year of experience in a call center environment. Our Customer Support Representatives have a "can do" attitude and are willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Job duties will include but are not limited to: handling general customer support questions and concerns via telephone, email, and live chat, assisting customers in completing orders, answering general questions regarding customer prescription records, shipping and packing customer orders, and general warehouse duties as needed.
